The Online LL.M. in Corporate & Financial law is a 12-month program provided by the Jindal Global Law School under the O.P. Jindal Global University. This program is a specialization program that deals with law in the context of corporates and finance aspects generally associated with the business sphere. The student gets to learn the law dynamics of corporate matters that involve financial issues, the inner workings of the organization, situations involving integrity, etc.
The curriculum is designed in such a way that the student gets to familiarise with the approaches that are both interdisciplinary and comprehensive, that is required to handle management & company control to implement the three factors that are financial growth, health, and stability to go hand in hand together. Who Can Apply?
The eligibility criteria for enrolling on the O.P. Jindal Global University Online LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law are given in the following-
- The candidate should be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. It could be a 3-year degree or a 5-year degree.
- Final-year students of LL.B. can also apply for the program but the candidate has to submit the documents before the commencement of the batch)
- The candidate must have obtained a pass mark in the LSAT.
- The valid score of the following exams can be used to be exempted from taking the LSAT-
- CLAT PG 2023
- DU LL.M. 2024
- LSAT India 2024
- LSAT International within the five years before the commencement of the batch.

In the pursuit of its vision, the university has introduced several options for fee payment that include easy EMI options or an Education Loan Facility. These financial aids make higher education accessible to all irrespective of their financial background.
OP Jindal Online LLM in Corporate & Financial Laws Admission Process
At O.P. Jindal Global University, the whole admission process occurs online. Students have to appear in an entrance test, i.e., JMAT or other valid national-level aptitude test to meet the eligibility criteria of the program chosen. Fresh batches start generally in the month of January-February of every year. The admission procedure for the online courses at the university is as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official website where the program is being offered & click on the “Apply Now” button to start filling up the application form.
Step 2: Fill up the application form by entering the correct order & spelling of the details required in the form. Upload the mandatory documents as proof of attestation for your academic & professional background.
Step 3: For some programs, the university conducts an entrance test (JMAT, JSAT-Law, & others) in which one has to score the required marks to secure a seat in the specific course of the university. Candidates who have given the online national aptitude test of management programs like CAT, GMAT, CLAT, etc. are exempted from this entrance test.
Step 4: After clearing the entrance test, candidates are required to submit their details like resume/professional synopsis, SOPs, LORs, etc. as the university validates their candidature for the program based on these details.
Step 5: After being shortlisted, candidates need to appear for a telephonic interview or video conferencing. On clearing this, they will receive an offer letter from the university.
Step 6: After getting the offer letter, candidates need to pay their blocking amount to reserve their seats in the course. After the final fee payment, the candidates need to save the confirmation slip for future reference.

There are amazing facilities that are provided by the college and among them, the most innovative facility is their 24˟7 accessible library, which made us very comfortable to visit library as per our requirements.
