Average package of the top 10% of students rose by 7.7%. The top 25% of the batch saw a 6.6% hike in average salary.

Brands like Amazon, Deloitte, HSBC, Vedanta, and Titan hired students. Both Indian giants and global companies offered key roles.

BFSI and Fintech emerged as the top hiring sectors at IIM Ranchi in 2025. Consulting, E-commerce, FMCG, IT, and Manufacturing followed closely.

A total of 96 unique recruiters offered roles across all programmes. Hiring was seen across MBA-HR, MBA-BA, and other MBA specializations.

Almost half of the MBA BA batch was hired by BFSI and Fintech firms with a top package of ₹27.94 LPA. Top 25% earned an average of ₹26.07 LPA.

30% of MBA-HR students got PPOs with an average package of ₹19.02 LPA. The highest salary offered stands at ₹35.30 LPA.

IIM Ranchi demonstrated record-breaking placements with the highest domestic package rising by 33% from last year.
