NMIMS has taken significant steps like enhancing e-learning facilities, recruiting highly qualified & experienced faculty, improving the quality of study materials, and even aligning its fee refund policies with UGC norms.

Not having enough faculties, inadequate non-teaching staff, offering online courses without UGC approval, low quality of self-learning material, & not following the fee refund policy were the reasons for the NMIMS ban.
