Some additional information regarding the fee submission that the learner must consider to enroll themselves for the doctoral (PhD) course: 

• Self-funded Scholars: The 80% concession will be offered on the tuition fee of AED to the full-time scholars
• Their tuition fee will be charged at 12000 (VAT excluded) per semester, and a 50 percent concession will be granted on their tuition fee (part-time).
• learned people and candidates: This is provided by the partitioning of responsibilities in the corresponding departments. 6-8 hrs. per week.
• Research Assistants: Candidates who have research experience and have outstanding academic qualifications will be provided research assistantships of up to AED 2000 per month and not more than 4 years. Refund Policy

1. One-Time fee:

• Application fee and Admission Fee are not refundable.
• The activity fee will be completely refunded provided the student cancels his/her registration before the registration date. In case of student withdrawal within four weeks after the registration date, with or without student registration, 75 percent of the Activity fee is refundable. Provided that the student cancels within four weeks of the date of registration, the whole Activity fee will not be refunded.

2. Tuition Fee:

• When a student has accepted the offer of admission and has gone through the admission formalities but has withdrawn before the date of registration, 80 percent of the first semester tuition fee is refundable.
• In a case where a student drops out within one week of the registration date, regardless of whether the student registered or not, 50 percent of the first semester tuition fee is refundable upon presentation of the receipt of payment of the first installment.
• In case a student drops out within one week following the date of registration, regardless of whether the student registered or not, the full payment of the first semester tuition fee is not refundable.

3. Hostel fee:

• In a case where a student does not want to utilize the hostel facility after paying the hostel fee, and the application of the same is received before 90 percent of the hostel fee and facility fee is refundable at the start of the semester.
• In case of not availing the hostel facility within one week after the start of the semester, 50 percent of the hostel fee and facility fee paid semester-wise is refundable.
• In case of a request not availing of the hostel facility after one week of the start of the semester, the whole first hostel fee and facility fee charged per semester are not refundable.

4. Visa and Medical Insurance fee: The Visa fee and Medical Insurance fee are not refundable in case they have been applied.

5. Transport Fee:

• In case a student does not wish to utilize the transport facility after paying the transport fee, and in case the application for the same is received, 90 percent of the transport fee paid is refundable before the semester starts.
• In case of a request not to avail of the transport facility within two weeks after the start of the semester, 50% of the transport fee that is paid per semester is refundable.
• In case a request to not avail of the transport facility is received after two weeks of the semester starting, the whole transport fee paid during the first semester is not refundable.

*Note: All refunds shall take at least 4 weeks upon withdrawal.
