IGNOU Re-Extends Admission Date Till 15th October 2024: Apply Now

On 1st Oct 2024, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) announced the extension of admission dates of Online and ODL courses till 15th Oct 2024. Previously, the last date for admission was the 30th of September 2024. 

For students who want to apply at IGNOU for any Online and ODL Courses, the last few days are left. For the official notice click here.

For admission, students need to apply from the IGNOU’s official website ignou.ac.in, and require valid documents and bank details. Registration fees can be submitted online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Who Can Apply For IGNOU Online and ODL Courses

To apply for IGNOU&rsquo's Online and ODL Courses, the following are the eligibility criteria:

• For UG Courses: Students must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education.
• For PG Courses: Students must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. 

Documents Required

Documents required during registration are mentioned below with the exact size of the scanned copy. Prepare the document before start applying.

• Scanned Photograph in less than 100 KB
• Scanned Signature less than 100KB
• Scanned Copy of Applicable Qualifying
• Education (Less than 200 KB)
• Scanned Experience Certificate copy if any with a size not over 200 KB.
• DIT Copy of Scanned Category Certificate (for sc/st/OBC candidates) (below 200 KB)

To register for IGNOU's online and ODL courses, here are the following steps:

• Visit IGNOU’s Official website.
• Register yourself by clicking on the registration link.
• Log in and fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents, Pay the application fee, and Submit.

Note- Students applying for UG, PG, Diploma Online, and ODL Courses have to pay registration fees of INR 300.
