IGNOU January 2024 Admission Deadline Extended, Apply till Feb 15th

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has decided to extend the admission deadline for the January 2024 session to February 15th, giving potential students extra time to submit their applications. 

Those interested in enrolling in IGNOU's Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programs can register at the official websites: ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in and ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.

The closing date for "Fresh Admissions" and Re-registration in all ODL/Online programs for the January 2024 session has been extended until February 15, 2024. According to an official notice from IGNOU, a non-refundable registration fee will be charged to the program's cost for the first semester or year following approval of the application.

Required Documents for the IGNOU Admission January 2024: 

The following documents must be scanned in the specified size before starting the online application process for the IGNOU's January 2024 session:

Here is the list of the documents required for the registration process of IGNOU. Those documents  must be in the specified size as mentioned below: 

  • Student Photograph in Passport Size with a file size of 100 KB
  • Signature of the student with a file size of 100KB
  • Scanned copies of  Educational Certificates with a file size of 200KB
  • Required a scanned copy Caste Certificate (If you belong from SC, ST, and OBC) with a file size of 200KB
  • A scanned copy of Experience proof (if you have any) with a file size of 200KB

There are the following steps need to be completed for registration in the IGNOU January 2024 session:

  • Step 1: Click on the official website of IGNOU.
  • Step 2: Fill out all the basic requirements in the registration form.
  • Step 3: Scan and upload all the documents needed.
  • Step 4: Once again, check the details and submit the registration fees.
  • Step 5: After completing the process save the confirmation message or email for further use.
