University Grants Commission- the National Testing Agency conducts the National Eligibility Test on behalf of the UGC to determine the eligibility of Indian students to apply for JRF, Assistant Professor, and PhD.
This examination is conducted twice a year, in June and December. For UGC-NET 2025 June, the tentative dates for examinations are from 25th June to 29th June 2025. The mode of examination is a computer-based test, where students need to visit the exam center and take their exams on allotted computers.
Students who could not get the cut-off marks can choose an alternate plan, such as an online DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration), to get a doctoral degree. Students might get a chance to earn global recognition by completing their doctorate from a WES-recognized university.
