CTET Exam Date 2025 Released; Detailed Notification to Be Out Soon

On‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ its official website, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that the Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) would be held on February 8, 2026 (Sunday). The exam will be conducted in twenty different languages in 132 cities throughout the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌country.

CTET‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ 2025 Paper I is going to be held for the recruitment of school teachers for classes 1 to 5. Paper II will be conducted for the appointment of teachers for classes 6 to ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌8.

Candidates‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ wanting to apply are asked to only download the Information from the above-mentioned website and to read it thoroughly before submitting their application.

CTET 2025 Qualification Criteria

Academic & Professional qualifications

Option 1: The requirement for General category is 50% of the total marks, SC/ST/OBC/PwD is 45% of the total marks in Class 12. Also 2, year Diploma course in Elementary Education has been successfully completed.

Option 2: The 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree must be completed.

Option 3: The individual should hold a bachelor's degree and must have also completed their B.Ed.

Option 1: Graduation completed with minimum overall 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education.

Option 2: Graduation with Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Option 3: Graduation with minimum 50% marks in 12th and enrolled/ (completed) a 4 year integrated programme (B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed) or any other programme (currently final year

A registration link for CTET 2025 is available on the homepage. Click there.
By filling in the necessary details, registrations are completed.
After that, with the registered credentials, login is done.
Complete the application form for CTET 2025.
Introduce the required documents, remit the fee, if any.
After submitting the application, make a copy of it for your reference.
