IBS Business School (IBS) has opened the slot booking process for IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2025. A candidate wishing to sit the examination may login to the official admissions page at ibsindia.org and reserve the most suitable date and time.

IBSAT 2025 is scheduled for December 27 and 28, 2025. A remotely proctored online exam can be done from a candidate's home or any other location of their choice. Candidates are recommended to not only reserve their slots in advance but also to get adapted to this option quickly so that they do not face any technical or scheduling problems. Currently, the booking of slots is done on a first-come-first-serve ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌basis.

2. Sign In using Application Number & Password
3. Click on ‘Schedule IBSAT 2025’
4. Pick your date and time
5. Confirm and save the slot

If the slot is confirmed, it is allowed to be changed only under very few situations.

Exam-Day Requirements

The test will be under artificially intelligent monitoring, and hence, the following rules should be observed:

Use a laptop or desktop only (mobile exam not allowed).

Carry a valid government ID such as Aadhaar/PAN/Passport.

Make sure the room is quiet, bright, and has an uninterrupted internet connection.
