ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Registration Window Reopens Today At icsi.edu

‍‍ICSI has announced that the online enrolment window for the December 2025 session of the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional programmes will reopen today at 10:00 AM. 

Where candidates could not meet the previous deadline, they now have this opportunity to send their application by paying a late fee. The portal for late enrolments will be available until 11:59 PM on October 25, 2025.

Your exam centre, language, module, or option for that examination may still be modified, from October 26, to November 21, 2025 (until 4 PM), despite the closure of the described window.

Tests will occur 2 PM - 5:15 PM ( i.e. the first 15 minutes from 2-2:15 will be "reading time") on the day of the exam. In addition, ICSI has kept the dates of December 30 and 31, 2025, and January 1 and 2, 2026, available in order to reschedule the exams if necessary, to resolve any contemplated standard.

Eligibility and fee structure: what you must know

For the Executive Programme: Passing the Online Pre-Examination Test (PET) is required, and depending on your registration timeline you’ll also need to complete ODOP or TDOP. 

For the Professional Programme: PET is mandatory. 

Fee details:

Executive Programme: ₹ 1,500 per group 

Professional Programme: ₹ 1,800 per group 

Late fee (flat): ₹ 250 

Change of centre/medium/module/optional subject: ₹ 250 per change 

Additional group fee: ₹ 250 

Overseas examination centre (Dubai) surcharge: US$ 100 (or equivalent in INR) in addition to the exam fee. 

Eligibility, Changes and Deadlines for ICSI - CS 2025

• Check eligibility —  For Professional level candidates, must have cleared the PET.
• Watch deadlines — The reopening now doesn’t mean you get unlimited time. Delay and you risk either missing the window or paying extra.
• Document readiness — ICSI requires a range of documents (DOB proof, 12th pass certificate, category certificate if applicable, photo, signature). 
• Budget for changes — If you feel changing your exam centre, medium, module or subject later, factor in the ₹ 250 fee per change.
