CUET UG 2026 syllabus released by NTA: Exam officially in May

Candidates, listen to what important notification came from the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is informed by the NTA that the exam will be in May 2026, so candidates better start preparing. Also, the registration process is going to get started, visit the official website  cuet.nta.nic.in and apply from there. 

Also, according to the released notice, candidates can check the undergraduate courses which are offered by the universities and other institutes, can be checked on the portal only and from the university website as well. Candidates have great opportunity to note down which section has more weightage from the syllabus. Moreover, students who are preparing can also download CUET UG 2026 syllabus. 

Important Details about CUET UG 2026

1. CUET UG 2026 will be done in online mode, candidates will have to go to centres and give their tests on computers to take admission in undergraduate courses. Also, it is important to note that there are 47 central universities and more than 300 colleges for candidates to take admission in.
2. The NTA has also informed in the notice that students get the chance to edit their details if they have made any mistake. Although, it has been already advised by the agency to candidates to update Aadhaar details, UDID card, and category certificates before application window gets open.
3. Again, candidates make changes in Aadhar card if required because NTA will use Aadhar authentication to get candidate’s details like Birth date, gender, and address.
4. Candidates are advised to put right information in the form because Aadhar card does not have parents’ or guardians’ name and details.

CUET UG 2025 Overview

CUET UG is generally held from May to June in more than 15 days and 30+ shifts. NTA did not announce the toppers list, but gave the highest scores in five subjects. The top five high scores of CUET UG 2025 were 1225.93, 1210.10, 1205.17, 1203.40, and 1200.12.

According to the data, only one candidate out of thousands of candidates got 100 percent in four subjects, 17 got in three subjects, and a total of 150 secured 100 percent in two subjects.
