GATE 2026 Admit Card Delayed: IIT Guwahati to Announce New Release Date Soon; Mock Tests Now Available

The GATE 2026 admit card was scheduled to be released today for all the candidates on 2nd January, 2026. Unfortunately, the dates of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering have been postponed. GATE 2026 Exam Dates & Shift Timings Confirmed

This is noteworthy that the admit card release date for this year has been postponed. Even though there is no change in the exam date of GATE 2026. For the ease of candidates, the exam dates of the national-level GATE examination are mentioned below:

• February 7, 2026
• February 8, 2026
• February 14, 2026
• February 15, 2026

Each exam day will have two shifts:

• Forenoon Shift: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

NOTE: The nature of the exam is online, and it will be conducted in the mode of a computer-based test, in all the centres of India.
