IGNOU Re-Extends Application Date for Online ODL July 2025 Session, Last Date 31st August, Except Certificate Courses

The Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the dates for the application in re-registration to 31st August 2025. Now, candidates who are interested in getting the admission in the IGNOU ODL and Online courses can apply for the application and re-registration process till 31st August 2025. Before this, the last date for application was extended till 15th August 2025. This is the third time the last date has been extended. Before this, the last date for application was extended from 31st July 2025 to 15th August. Now, the candidates would be able to apply for admission in all the open and distance learning modes, and the online programs. Students can apply for various programmes like Students’ Diploma, Bachelors, Post Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma, and the Certificate Courses (except the Certificate Courses) through the official website online at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

The University has started more than 300 programmes, in which 48 undergraduate courses, 75 postgraduate courses, and various pg diploma, diploma, pg certificate, certificate, and appreciation/awareness programmes are also included. In these programmes, Bee Keeping, Organic also have the certificate programmes available. Apart from these, BA, B.Com, BBA, M.Sc, Home Science, Social Science, Book-Keeping, Library Science, BBA, M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, M.Sc in Biochemistry, Environmental Science, MA in Anthropology, Journalism and Mass Communication, all these programmes have a one-year diploma.

Steps to Apply for July 2025 Admission in IGNOU

• Visit the official website at onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.
• Find the link on the homepage reading, “Admission July 2025”.
• Click on the link, and a new login portal opens. Click the link “Click here for new registration” and fill in all the details.
• After registration, log in to the portal and fill out the application form for the desired course, submit the required online fees and take a printout of the same for the future reference.
