JEE‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Main 2026 Registration Ends in 2 Days | Final Call for Session 1 Applicants

This day is close to those engineering students who plan to give their JEE Main 2026 in the 1st session. With the application portal closing on 27th November 2025, students now have only two days left to complete the online registration process on the NTA portal.

The registration process is a time-consuming operation that consists of entering personal and academic details, uploading documents, and fee payment, and incomplete applications will not be accepted. Due to heavy traffic on the website during the last hours, candidates are thus strongly urged not to wait till the last night to apply.

Registration Status — Link Still Active

For the first session of JEE Main 2026, NTA has kept the registration link operational on its official website. Candidates must log in, fill out the form, and proceed with the payment to ensure that their application is submitted successfully.

Tip: Before you begin the application, make sure that you have the scanned copies of your passport photo, signature, and government ID ready. Most of the time students are delayed because they look for documents during the registration process.

No Edits After November 27: Correction Window is the Only Chance

After the registration window, the forms of applicants will not be accessible for editing until a correction facility becomes available from December 1 to December 2, 2025. In that time, only certain fields can be changed; one will not be allowed to change every detail.

Incorrect category, name, or father's name spelling, exam city preference, or educational information errors may cause the rejection of the application, issuing of the wrong admit card, or mismatch of the exam centre location; hence, first submission accuracy is vital.

Have these documents ready if you want to save time:

• Recent coloured passport-size photograph (scanned)
• Signature (black/blue ink) (scanned)
• ID issued by the government
• Class 10 and 12 credentials
• Mobile number and email ID for OTP communication, both must be valid

The portal for applications will be shut down at 11:50 P.M. on November 27, 2025, exactly. No extension has been announced, and NTA hardly extends deadlines for JEE.
