KCET 2026 Correction Window LIVE Till March 30; KEA Issues Key Guidelines

The KCET application correction window is finally activated by the Karnataka Examinations  Authority. So, those candidates who have submitted the applications, in case have made any mistake, can visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in to make necessary changes.  

As per the official notice, the KCET 2026 correction facility will remain available until March 30, 2026. KEA has clarified that this window is strictly for correcting details in already submitted forms. No fresh applications will be accepted after the deadline.

KCET 2026 Correction Window: Important Instructions

KEA has emphasized that only the details present in the final submitted application form will be stored on the server and considered valid for further processes, including admission and seat allotment.

Candidates are strongly advised to:

• Carefully verify all personal, academic, and reservation-related details
• Ensure accuracy before clicking the final submit option
• Avoid last-minute changes close to the deadline

Any incorrect or incomplete information may impact eligibility during counselling and seat allotment.

Special Advisory for SC Candidates Under Internal Reservation

KEA has issued specific instructions for Scheduled Caste candidates applying under internal reservation categories:

• Category-A
• Category-B
• Category-C

Such candidates must:

• Obtain a caste certificate clearly mentioning internal reservation details from the concerned Tahsildar
• Correctly enter the Revenue Department number in the KCET 2026 application form

How to Edit KCET 2026 Application Form

Candidates can follow the steps below to make corrections:

1. Go to the main website,  cetonline.karnataka.gov.in 
2. Tap on the UGCET 2026 Online Application link, visible on the homepage
3. Log in to it using the ID and Password 
4. Make the edits that are required to be made
5. Tap on the declare button, and kindly check the necessary changes to make sure it is done, and no errors are still present
6. Tap on Submit and download the application
