KCET 2026 New Update: KEA Revises Exam Dates for Engineering and Pharmacy Papers

The Change in the examination date is shared with all the KCET 2026 examination appearing students on the official website. Additionally, with the registration process, which is still going on and all eligible candidates can apply, it is noted that dates are now shifted from April 23 and 24 to May 25 and May 26, 2026. This date change is for the engineering and pharmacy entrance examination taking place this year, 2026. 

All candidates can soon expect the revised schedule in a downloadable format on the official site, which will be released by KEA. Note that the language paper was earlier scheduled for April 22, but the revised date for this is not yet updated; however, all can expect it. 

KCET 2026: Key Dates and Timings

• The registration last date is March 15, 2026. 
• Admit card will be live on May 1, 2026.
• The updated exam date is May 25 and 26, 2026, for the Engineering & Pharmacy examination.
• The final day result declaration date is also shared, which is June 30, 2026.

For the ease of all the candidates, below is session details of each exam along with shift timing:

• Morning session: 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM
• Afternoon session: 2:30 PM to 3:50 PM

KCET 2026 Application Fee

• General category (Karnataka): ₹500
• SC/ST (Karnataka): ₹250
• Candidates from outside Karnataka: ₹750
• Candidates from abroad: ₹5,000

Documents Required for KCET 2026 Registration

Before filling the form, these are some documents that are needed, and the candidate should have in order to apply for registration successfully:

• SSLC / Class 10 marks card
• Aadhaar card
• Active mobile number (WhatsApp-enabled) and email ID
• Scanned photograph and signature (as per prescribed format)
