Instructions for Institutions

  • Unaided schools must each, within 15 days after the final admission date, file with the Directorate their "Proposal for Admission". The proposal, which must embrace the exhaustive particulars of each admitted candidate, ought to be certified by the concerned Directorate before being sent to the ARA for its consent.
  • The Admission Regulatory Authority after going through these documents will grant the approvals by January 30, 2026.
  • Colleges should upload the necessary documents of students like identity proof, fee receipt, allotment letter, mark sheets, and caste validity certificates (if any) on the admission portal.
  • There, however, should be no misunderstandings. Should these institutions locate any, it is their turn at once to rectify through their portal login. No correspondence will be entertained via email or letters.

Online Verification Process

For the smooth performance of the verification task, the ARA has set up an online system of document certification. Universities need to access the 2025–26 admission portal, carry out the uploading and verification of the student files, as well as denote the verification status of each candidate as Verified or Cancelled.

Moreover, they are required to upload:

  • Institutional quota (IQ) and management quota (MQ) admission: lists of applicants and merit lists.
  • College-level admission rounds: selection lists, waiting lists, and advertisements in PDF format.
  • Details of seats that remain vacant after the CAP rounds.
  • After finishing with all document uploads, the university should pay the ARA processing fee and click "Submit Proposal to Directorate" for the last confirmation.

Responsibility and Compliance

The announcement emphasizes that upon Principals lies the burden of personally seeing to it that the entire set of student documents is timely uploaded and verified. The failure to accomplish this may lead to both rejection of admissions as well as disciplinary measures.

On their portal dashboard, colleges are obliged to monitor daily for staff's verification period-initiated error notices. Any unverified or incomplete records on the last day will be automatically tagged as "error admissions."

Final Notice by CET

The final notice from the State CET Cell is like a tickler that all B.Ed and associated course student intakes have to be checked and certified within the allotted time frame. Implementing the new online certification system aims at providing transparency in the admission approval network for the 2025–26 academic year besides ensuring that verifications will be done promptly and that there will be greater ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌accountability.
