NIFTEE 2026 Correction Window LIVE: NTA Allows Application Edits Till January 22

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Examination 2026 (NIFTEE) Stage 1. Candidates who have submitted their application forms can now make necessary corrections by visiting the official NIFTEE website, which is https://nift.ac.in/.

The correction facility will remain active from January 21 to January 22, 2026, until 11:50 PM. NTA has clarified that any changes requiring an additional fee will only be processed after successful payment. The fee can be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

As this is a one-time correction opportunity, candidates are strongly advised to review and update their details carefully before final submission.

Non-Editable Details

The following fields cannot be modified:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Permanent and present address
• Signature 
• Candidate’s photograph
• Gender
• Date of Birth

Editable Details

Candidates are permitted to edit the following information:

• Candidate’s name
• Mother’s and Father’s name
• Category/Sub-category
• Category ID number
• Category certificate issue date
• Programme applied for (Full-Time/Part-Time)
• Educational qualifications (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation)
• Work experience
• Scores of UGC-NET/CEED/CSIR (JRF) or equivalent
• Updating of all documents uploaded with the application form

The NIFTEE 2026 entrance examination for admission to Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), NLEA (Lateral Entry), Artisans Category, and PhD programmes for the academic session 2026–27 is scheduled to be held on February 8, 2026 (Sunday).
