IGNOU takes #Rank 1st in Open Learning University, as ranked last year. This year, 2 new open universities have entered in NIRF Ranking list which replacing last year’s universities in 2025.

Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad, ranked #2 and #3 this year 2025.
