The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Department of School Education, Telangana released the details and dates about the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) scheduled for the January 2026 cycle. Besides the announcement, the department will also share a document that specifies the requirements, the examination pattern, and the candidate ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌guidelines.

Registration Begins November 15

Candidates will have an opportunity to apply online starting from November 15, and they will be able to do so until November 29, 2025. They must use this official web portal to perform both the first and the detailed registration.

Within the application form, the required basic details about the candidates will be mentioned first; the uploads of the needed documents like the photograph and signature will be done in the specified file format. At the end of the form submission, after making the fee payment, a digital acknowledgment will be created for the future use of the candidate.

January Exam Window Announced

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the state of Telangana was scheduled by the Department of School Education, Telangana, over many days from January 3 to January 31, 2026, with a provision for the window to be ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌extended.

Correction Facility After Registration

After the registration drive is over, the department will open a window through which they will allow a form correction facility for those who want to change the details in their already submitted forms. Those candidates who have completed the application process successfully by the deadline will be issued the admit card.
