TGCET 2026 Hall Ticket Out; Exam on February 22

This is an update for all the students who wish to take admission into the Telangana residential educational institutions. The TGCET 2026 admit card is now out for the students. Candidates who registered earlier for the entrance examination now have an opportunity to download the admit card through the main portal, which is available online at tgcet.cgg.gov.in 

The entrance examination will take place on February 22, 2026, and all candidates should be well aware that without the admit card, entry will not be permitted in the examination centre. 

Purpose of TGCET 2026

The examination is held for admission into the following classes for the academic year 2026–27:

• Class 5 – TGSWREIS, TGTWREIS, MJPTBCWREIS, TREIS
• Classes 6, 7, 8, 9 – Regular and backlog vacancies (TGSWREIS, TGTWREIS, MJPTBCWREIS)

How to Download TGCET Hall Ticket 2026

1. The first step is to go to the search browser on your device and search for: tgcet.cgg.gov.in
2. Then click on the hall ticket download link 
3. After that enter the Candidate ID and Date of Birth on the site. 
4. Then after Submit the details and download the admit card. 
5. The last step is to take a printout of the admit card, for the future use. 

Important Instructions

• An admit card is compulsory for entry into the exam hall
• Verify all details printed on the hall ticket
• Reach the examination centre on time
• Keep a copy safe for future admission procedures

Students are advised to download the hall ticket well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
