TS POLYCET 2026 Registration Begins; Apply Till April 20

TS POLYCET registration process is finally opened for those students who are trying to get admission in diploma courses in horticulture, agriculture, animal husbandry, and more allied streams. Furthermore, the online application process will going to be get started in early February on the main website polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in. 

Candidates who have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination are eligible to apply. The last date to submit the application form without a late fee is April 20, 2026. The TS POLYCET 2026 entrance examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 13, 2026, in offline mode across multiple centres in Telangana.

How to Apply for TS POLYCET 2026

Applicants must complete the online registration process by following the steps below:

• Go to the official website of TS POLYCET
• Fill the application form with both personal and academic details
• Upload candidate’s recent passport sized photo and signature
• Pay the application fees 
• Submit the form and keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates who miss the regular deadline can still apply with a late fee of Rs 100 on April 21, 2026, or a Tatkal fee of Rs 300 on April 22, 2026.

TS POLYCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for TS POLYCET 2026, candidates must:

• Have passed SSC Class 10
• Secure a minimum of 35% aggregate marks.
• Be either regular pass candidates or have cleared compartment examinations.

The entrance test is conducted for admission to three-year diploma courses offered by government, government-aided, and private polytechnic institutes across Telangana.

TS POLYCET 2026 Exam Pattern and Application Fee

The TS POLYCET 2026 exam will be held for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from:

• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology

The paper will include approximately 150 questions, with one mark awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking.
