Exams Details shared by the Department of School Education of the Telangana government

Exam Date of TS TET - 3rd Jan to 31st, 2026
The Exam is not in a single shift, so multiple shifts are conducted for candidates.
Do carry all the necessary documents needed at the centre of the examination, including Govt ID and admit card.

TS TET 2026 Exam Overview

TS TET is obviously a competitive exam to become teachers in classes 1st to 5th (paper 1) and classes 6th to 8th (paper 2) in government schools in Telangana.

The exam will be conducted in two shifts daily:

Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
