The question paper for UCEED and CEED, along with the draft answer key, has finally been released by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay for the exam that was conducted on 18th January 2026. Moreover, to note that candidates can download the answer key and question paper without any credentials. Candidates can raise their objections on answer keys from the official website only till 5 PM, 22nd January 2025.

How to Calculate Your Expected UCEED & CEED 2026 Score Using the Answer Key

Students can take the help of the Part-A draft answer key to check how much they can score. It is basically a probable score that will help the candidate know their future possibility of passing the exam or not. To calculate the probability of the expected score, candidates can do the following. 

1. First, candidates can go and download the official Part-A draft answer key
2. Candidates need to follow the marking scheme to calculate-

UCEED Part-A

• NAT: +4 marks for each correct answer, no negative marking
   
• MSQ: Partial marking applicable, -1 for incorrect answers
   
• MCQ: +3 marks for correct answers, -0.71 for wrong answers

CEED Part-A

• NAT, MSQ, and MCQ marks should be calculated as per section-wise weightage

Candidates should note that:

• This is just an approximation, not the real score
• Plan-B marks are not a part of this; it will be evaluated manually
• Final marks may be different after objections are evaluated
