WBJEE 2026 Registration OUT; Apply Online Till April 5

The registration process of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has finally started for all those candidates who want to take admission to engineering and technology programmes in West Bengal. Now, they have the opportunity to fill out the application form on the main site, which is wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

One important thing all candidates should know is that the WBJEE 2026 application deadline ends on April 5, 2026, and no other mode of application will be accepted. 

WBJEE 2026 Application Process: Documents Required

All the individuals should have the list of documents, which are mentioned below, before filling out the WBJEE 2026 form.

• Domicile Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Annual Family Income Proof
• Scholarship Certificate issued by TWF (if applicable)
• JEE Main 2026 application number (if appeared)
• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Passing certificate
• Net banking / debit card / credit card details for fee payment
• Scanned passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature

WBJEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions before applying:

• Must be an Indian citizen and meet the domicile requirements
• Minimum 17 years of age as of the admission year
• Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Computer Application/Technical Vocational Subject

Minimum Marks Requirement

• 45% aggregate for General category candidates
• 40% aggregate for reserved category candidates
• Minimum 30% marks in English

WBJEE 2026 Exam Date

WBJEEB has announced that the WBJEE 2026 exam will be conducted on May 24, 2026.

The entrance test will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode at various centres and will consist of two papers:

• Paper 1: Mathematics
• Paper 2: Physics and Chemistry

All the candidates, should must appear for both papers to be considered for admission to engineering and technology programmes.
