XIMB MBA Admission 2026 Shortlist Expected Soon; Selection Through XAT, NMAT & XGMT Scores

The XIM University in Bhubaneswar is about to share the XIMB MBA 2026 shortlist in the first week of February 2026. The entire list will be released, containing the shortlisted candidates for the next round of admission, which will be based on the valid entrance exam scores.  

Accepted Entrance Exams for Shortlisting

The important thing to know is that the applicants will be considered using the scores from:

• XAT 2026
• NMAT
• XGMT 2026
• Other approved tests as per the institute criteria

All shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to move forward to the institute’s selection stages, such as Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Expected Timeline

• Shortlist release: First week of February 2026
• Basis: Combined performance in accepted management entrance exams
• Mode of checking: Candidate login on official admission portal

The applicants should keep the login credentials ready at hand, so that once the list link is active, they can get access to it as soon as possible. 

What Happens After Shortlisting?

• The individual will get a notification through email and via the official site. 
• GD/PI schedule announcement
• Participation in evaluation rounds within allotted dates
• Final admission offer based on overall performance

• Ensure uploaded documents and application details are correct
• Begin preparation for interview and discussion rounds in advance

Note that the shortlist stage is important, and only the shortlisted candidates will get access to the final admission to the MBA programmes at XIM University.
