XLRI PGDM (BM & HRM) 2023-2025 Placements Conclude: 600 Offers, ₹29 LPA Average Package

The Xavier School of Management closed its final placements for the batch 2023-2025, in PGDM Business Management and HR Management. The highest domestic salary package was ₹75 LPA, while the median salary package was ₹29 LPA, despite the downfall in the market. The highest international offer reached to ₹1.10 Cr. LPA. The XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses participated in the campus placement process. A total of 591 students participated in the process. Recruiters from 172 firms offered over 600 job prospects, including two placements from international recruiters. Also, 41 new companies joined in as the new recruiters.

According to the placement report published by XLRI, 34.17% of students were given PPOs (Pre Placement Offers). They gave excellent results in their internship period. BFSI, Sales and Marketing and Consulting were the emerging recruiting domains. Some of the leading companies like BCG (Boston and Consulting Group), PwC India, Accenture Strategy, Reliance, and Kotak Mahindra are the companies extending the highest offers.
