BCA belongs to the science stream, to pursue the BCA program you must pass 12th from any stream but must have studied mathematics as one of the subjects.

However, if you completed 12th without mathematics, you can still join the BCA course through the bridge course option that is provided in the Online BCA program. Online BCA is equivalent to a regular BCA degree, just the mode of education changes.

BCA is generally opted for by students from a science background, but now most universities have made it simpler by mandating the study of mathematics as a main subject at the 12th level. However, if you do not fulfill these specifications, you can apply for an online BCA program, which has simpler eligibility criteria than the regular BCA program.
