No, distance M.Tech is invalid and UGC/AICTE doesn’t permit distance M.Tech programs. Rather, there are M.Tech flexible timing programs that are approved by the AICTE/ UGC. These programs are meant for working professionals. Because working professionals can’t attend regular classes, but this program asks for working experience in a related field, Apart from that, candidates must have graduated in engineering or an equivalent degree and earned at least 50% in their graduation.
