Hello, the full form of UGC-DEB is the University Grants Commission Distance Education Bureau.
UGC approval is a must for all universities as without them the degree will not be valid. On the other hand, DEB approval is necessary for distance and online programs to maintain the credibility and worth of the courses offered by the university.
