LLM can be pursued in two ways, LLM regular program (a 2-year program) and LLM 1-year program. Usually, an LLM 1-year program is pursued mostly by working law professionals. This LLM 1-year program has less fee if compared with the regular LLM course.

An LL.M. course is a PG degree that is 2 years in duration and requires full-time commitment. Most LLB graduates do not pursue LLM just because of a lack of time and other responsibilities. However, now after the digitalization of education, you have an option to pursue an Online LLM course, which is just 1 year long and can be completed flexibly while continuing practice as a lawyer or being in a job.
