How many students apply for NDA exam and qualify it?

As per the recent information, a total of 6+ lakh students appeared for the National Defence Academy exams. The exam is conducted twice a year, so in a year a total of 12+ lakh students appear for it. 

The major question that came to your mind is the concern of the majority as the passing percentage of the exam should be crystal clear in the minds of the applicants. 

The passing rate of the exam is near 1%, as there are two stages of the exams i.e. written and SSB interview. 

The written exam is cleared by only 7 to 8 thousand students, from which a near of about 545(approx) candidates get selected as a final selection. 

So, the passing percentage is quite low, so proper, smart, and thorough study is needed in order to clear the NDA exam.
