I completed my first year in an university but for some reasons I dropped it, now I want to continue my course can I get admission to online university from 2 year!

As per the new guidelines by UGC, candidates will get the credit points as per the course module completed. After completing every assignment or semester, credit points will be added to the Academic Bank of Credits. So yes you can join an online degree such as BCom from 2nd year. However, it depends on the university, if it allows this or not.
