To pursue the program candidates must have a computer science bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks. By any chance, if you have a bachelor's degree in some other subjects, then the eligibility criteria ask for mathematics as one of the subjects in your 10+2 or graduation level. There is no need to have any prior work experience as the eligibility for online MCA at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
