Duration: The duration of the IIM PhD for Working Professionals (IIM PhD WP) Program ranges between 4 years to 7 years. Business executives enrolled in this program are required to complete their doctorate in a minimum of 4 years duration that can be extended to a maximum of 7 years. However, working professionals who are enrolling in the Online DBA program can complete their doctorate in just 3 years. Both degrees will have the same weightage after completion.
