Due to the requirement of a full-time commitment to research, it can be very difficult to pursue a PhD along with your job. In most universities, it is also not permitted to continue a job while pursuing a full-time PhD. However, an equally valid Online DBA after PGDM allows you to easily manage your professional commitments along with your doctoral research.
