UGC NET Answer Key 2026; Response Sheet, Objection Window & Latest Update

The UGC NET June 2026 Answer Key is expected to come out very soon by NTA. All the candidates who appeared for the exam between June 22 and June 30 and on July 5, 2026 will be able to download the provisional answer key, response sheet and question paper from the official website which is ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Once the answer key is out candidates can compare their recorded responses with the official answer key and get an idea of their scores before the final result comes out. So keep checking the official website regularly and do not miss the update when it is finally released.

• Visit ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
• Click on UGC NET June 2026 Answer Key.
• Login using your Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
• Download the answer key and response sheet.
• Compare your responses and calculate your tentative score.

Can You Challenge the Answer Key?

Yes. Candidates who find any discrepancy in the provisional answer key can submit objections through the official portal.

Only challenges submitted within the prescribed deadline along with the required fee will be considered by NTA.

How to Calculate UGC NET Marks

• Each correct answer carries 2 marks, and there is no negative marking.
• Formula: Estimated Score = Number of Correct Answers × 2
• For example, if you have answered 120 questions correctly, your estimated score will be: 120 × 2 = 240 marks
