No, distance B.Tech is an invalid program. The program isn’t approved by the UGC and AICTE. Those who are looking for the part-time B. Tech program can apply for the B.Tech flexible timing or B. Tech Lateral Entry programs.
Applicants are directly promoted to the second year of the program if they enroll for the B.Tech flexible timing program. The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech flexible timing are that candidates must have completed their polytechnic diploma in engineering and they must have working experience of 1 or 2 years in the related field.
