My overall experience with Amity Online University has been mixed. While the course structure and counselling support are helpful, I faced a few issues during the admission process. There were challenges related to LMS access initially, which led to confusion and delays. Recently, I also received a response from the support team stating that they were unable to find any details associated with my email ID. This was quite surprising, as all communication and document submissions were done using the same email throughout the admission process. However, I would like to appreciate the support provided by the counsellor Reena & Ankita, who was very helpful and supportive during the transition. With better coordination and a more responsive technical support system, the overall student experience at Amity Online University can improve significantly.
