Anna University B.Tech Lateral Entry Examination Pattern
The examination pattern of Anna University is simple and the most commonly opted examination pattern by online universities. The examination pattern of the university comprised two major components namely: internal assessment and end-term examination.
The internal assessments are conducted by the university to evaluate the learning of an individual according to the latest curriculum and it carries 20-30% of the total weightage that also includes the assignment, which is given to every student at the beginning of every semester. The end-term examinations are conducted to evaluate an individual's overall theoretical understanding during a semester and these examinations carry 70-80% of weightage.
Note: The question paper consists of three patterns, called ABC pattern type among which:
