The student gets to specialize in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and deals with management roles in the banking sector, in the case of financial services leading the execution & strategy of financial services & products and implementing dissemination of insurance products that involve planning the feature elements that are going to be the selling point for the customer.

The curriculum of this program is meant to cater to the student’s growth by expanding the management knowledge base and equipping them with management skills, such as the workings of different kinds of business, critical decision-making skills, managerial theories, team-building, framing strategies, etc.

The specialisation of BFSI deals with the courses that deal with; Commercial banking, in which the student gets to understand the structures & processes involved in running a bank & how a manager plays his/her role in managing the inventories that are involved; then there are principles & regulations of banking, that equips the student with the knowledge of the importance of implementing discipline in the workings of a bank and taking up roles that manage the compliance of the bank with the standard that is set for its functioning; and principles of insurance where the student learns how to manage insurance policies along with the understanding of the principles involved in the making & selling of insurance policies.
