GLA University was built in the year 1991. It is developed by Shri Narayan Das Agrawal. He created Sri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bazaz Charitable Trust Samiti in Mathura where GLA University is located i.e. 17km Stone, NH-19, Mathura-Delhi Road, P.O. Chaumuhan, Mathura-281 406 (U.P.)
