Faculty Support Student Support. **Subject: Urgent Attention Needed : Technical Issues and Mismanagement Affecting Students' Academic Experience** Dear GLA University Administration and Fellow Students, My name is Raish, and I am currently pursuing my BCA online from GLA University. I am writing this review to bring to light some critical issues that have significantly impacted my academic experience and that of many other students. Firstly, during our recent exams, we faced severe technical problems that prevented a substantial number of students from completing their exams properly. This issue not only caused immense stress but also put our academic performance and future prospects at risk. Despite raising these concerns, there has been no clear resolution or communication from the administration regarding how these issues will be addressed. Secondly, we were informed that our second semester would commence within a week. However, two weeks have passed with no official start date or schedule in sight. This lack of communication and planning is causing confusion and anxiety among students, who are left in the dark about their academic progression. As students, we rely on the university to provide a stable and supportive learning environment. The ongoing technical issues and poor management of the semester schedule are unacceptable and undermine our trust in the institution. We urge the administration to take immediate action to resolve these problems, provide transparent updates, and ensure that our academic journey is not compromised. 1)I do not recommend this university for students who do not understand hindi 2) The support team of this university do not respond to your complaints. 3) previous assignment and exam portal do not work or get your data save even after pressing submit button which result to you failing the exam. 4) There are some classes which i have attended and some classes i have not but in the LMS they show everything absent, also it's pointless to even listen hindi class your like watching a movie in a mute. Advantage 1) if you are hindi speaking go for it in online class they explain briefly in hindi and go through in english just like u can see from ppt. 2) it's an online mode which is good for students who still want to pursue education while working. The other dis-advantages are not only for me but for all the students as well. If these disadvantages are not solved you will face the same issue like everyone else.

I am doing online BCA from GLAU.Teaching is good there but LMS portal is not good. It's lag and while giving exam wrong answer are already selected it can't change with there fault I losse my marks knowing right answer. Even I don't know the online degree is worth it or not. Even I am BCA student in my LMS I get bcom BBA PhD notice not my. Even BCA is not mentioned in there website I don't know what is going on I live in Pune

Not satisfied with teaching and support team. They doesn't provide accademic calander and they sent notice of examination 2or3 days before examination. I am not satisfied and not sure they will provide valid degree or not. I am planning to join regular college this year, I have wasted my year because of this University.

The college. Worst LMS. Assignments and works cannot be submitted due to technical glitch of the website. And after due dates it wont let us submit exam. Never recommended to anyone

I will not tell anyone to get admission in this university because it is not a good university, it will take your money and does not provide good service and sports. Same thing happened to me too. First of all I would say that through college education. Don't take admission because college education is the biggest problem, so I will tell you to do it from a low cost university which also gives internship.

I think GLA is a decent college. It is not quite famous but their facilities are good. I am satisfied with my degree. I have completed my BBA in marketing from here and currently i got an internship at a marketing agency and i think the course was good as i am getting response about my work here. So i’ll recommend this college definitely.

Hey, if anyone is looking to take admission in GLA university and needs a review then i woud like to share my honest experience. Im in my final sem of b.com in business analytics. I think the curriculum was great and quite specific to current industry practices i have compared their syllabus with other colleges also and i think their curriculum is quite good. The fee is also less in comparison to many colleges. The faculty is also quite nice. I dont know about the placement services yet but i think there is a cell that is going to help us prepare for interviews. In my opinion only one thing can be better is that there can be more webinars as it helps quite a lot in exposure. Rest all is great including the LMS it is quite easy to use and works smoothly without much glitches.

I am a software developer while working i came across some new tools and technologies in AI & ML which are now trending. I took admission in the online diploma course of AI & ML in GLA university and i think it proved really helpful for me. After this course i was able to get a better position in my team and now i can even switch to a new domain. The course is quite good if you are considering it. It is definitely industry specific and they are teaching the new tools that are now trending nd will be the future.

GLA is a good university if you want to get online diploma I did my executive diploma in AI nd ML from here I thik the curriculum was great they were teaching latest tools and languages and the fees also not so much. In all i think it is a good choice i dont know about degree courses but the diploma course i did was quite good.

I completed my BCom from GLA University this year and the university provided me with sufficient support to complete the course without any hassles. The faculty was supportive and well-qualified, live online classes were very interactive and the study materials were at par with those my peers in regular courses studied. The LMS could be improved a little as it glitched sometimes but the overall course was well-designed.
