B.Tech for Working Professionals is a 3-year graduation program in engineering. The program is designed for working professionals who can’t attend the regular classes due to busy schedules. For their convenience, B.Tech for Working Professionals is curated so they can attend the classes online. Online students are taught by the esteemed faculty and industry exports. If required, evening and weekend classes are required and scheduled in such a way that classes can be easily attended by the employees. 

B.Tech for Working Professional program is offered by the HRIT University, and the program is approved by the UGC. To upskill the learners, the University hosts faculty from IIT Kanpur. Besides that, the university connects with the renowned academicians and industry experts to improve the skills of the candidates. Moreover, the university provides a platform to apply technical skills at the workplace.      

The 3-year program is divided into 6 semesters, Candidates are directly promoted to the second year of the program because of their basic knowledge and learning about the subject, which they have earned in the 3-year polytechnic diploma and B.Sc degree (students must have studied Mathematics at the 12th grade). B.Tech for Working Professionals is beneficial because continuous evaluation is shared with students at regular intervals. 

In addition to that, Feedback is provided by faculty so that students can make the improvements timely manner and work efficiently to achieve the desired results. However, learners have to visit the campus for examinations because, as per the guidelines, online exams are invalid.
