For their information, IGNOU doesn’t provide a part-time B.Tech program in civil engineering despite being the premier university for open and distance learning. The reason behind not providing part-time technical education is the judgment of the Supreme Court, which doesn’t permit distance B.Tech programs. However, there are universities that provide B.Tech flexible timing programs instead of the part-time and distance engineering programs. 

The B.Tech Flexible Timing Civil Engineering course is equally valued as a full-time program in terms of accreditation, and the value of the program is approved by AICTE and UGC. Even after completing the program, candidates are eligible for higher education programs like M.Tech or MBA. Moreover, they can apply for higher roles in the companies and ask for more salary based on their qualifications. 

B.Tech Flexible Timing is a 3-year undergraduate program, a perfect program for individuals who are facing financial problems and can’t apply for the regular engineering graduation program. Through this program, candidates can upgrade their skills at affordable prices.
