One of these specializations is an MBA in Real Estate Management, in this specialization, students get to learn about the different aspects of real estate and its management. This program will help students enhance their skills like problem-solving skills, effective communication, time management, critical thinking, analytical skills, digital skills, and more. 

IGNOU offers various MBA programs but they do not offer MBA in Real Estate Management. IGNOU offers an MBA in Health Care and Hospital Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management, an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, an MBA in Agribusiness Management, an MBA in Construction Management, an MBA in Financial Management, an MBA in Marketing Management and an MBA in Operations Management. 

 IGNOU offers online Learning (OL) and Open Distance Learning (ODL) programs and has a good reputation in the education industry. All the MBA programs that are offered by the university are 2-year programs. IGNOU was established in the year 1985, and since then they have been offering their services in the education field (Online Learning programs and Open & Distance Learning programs) with a high-quality curriculum. IGNOU was recognized by the Univerity Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Additionally, they got “A++ grade University” accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). • They must have secured minimum aggregate marks of 50%.
• For reserved categories, they offer a 5% concession, so they need to score at least 45% marks.
