M.Des is a master’s program in design. Students who are interested in designing and the fashion field can pursue this program. Only interested students can complete this program with full dedication and energy to cope with the pressure that will be created in this program to complete their respective tasks assigned by the tutors. The curriculum for the M. Des program is designed in a way that the students can become designers and can develop anything in their desired domain in terms of fashion and UX/UI.

IGNOU offers a Diploma Program in Fashion Design and Retail (DFDR) but does not offer any M. Des program. The university is known for its online learning (OL) and Open Distance Learning (ODL) courses. IGNOU offers this 1-year diploma course that can be pursued after completion of 10+2 (Senior secondary) from any recognized board.
