IIM Calcutta Master of Business Administration (MBA) Fees

The MBA program provided by IIM Calcutta, spanning 2 years, develops core & specialized competencies that are required to become management leaders who contribute towards the organization depending on skills such as decision-making, framing strategies, team coordination, etc. leading towards the execution of organization goals resulting in growth & progress. 

While broadening the practice of strategic vision, the program instills the student with pragmatic decision-making skills that come in handy in solving problems arising from the ever-changing business environment. The essence of this program lies in its multi-perspective approach where the student understands business cultures across the world and acquires this knowledge that comes in handy in handling international clients.

 The curriculum covers functional areas of management such as marketing, operations, accounting, finance, etc. where the student gets to build a foundation that will give a sense of management by equipping himself/herself with the knowledge & skills required to thrive in managerial positions.

 The fee for domestic students of this program is INR 27 Lakhs. While for an overseas student, the fee is $65K. It includes hostel fees. The fees are meant to be paid phase-wise in 6 terms spanning two years. The caution deposit fee for the overseas student is INR 20K. Other expenses such as living, medical insurance, and other expenses that are extras have to be paid separately costing between INR 6K to INR 7K. 

IIM Calcutta Master of Business Administration for Executives (MBAEx) Fees

The MBA for Executives provided by IIM Calcutta is a 1-year program designed for working professionals who want to take up higher management roles by sharpening their current skill set and acquiring more knowledge & skills required for management professionals to thrive in a bustling environment that makes the most out of their potential to give out effective results. 

Annually, the batch of this program is known for diversity when it comes to professional backgrounds. The program fee for the MBAEx program is INR 31 Lakhs. It covers tuition fees, course materials, economy airfare, accommodation, books, and incidental expenses during the immersion program. Then there is a security deposit of INR 60K to be paid that is refundable at the withdrawal of admission or the completion of the course that is paid alongside the second installment of the program fees. Post Graduate Programme For Executives For Visionary Leaders in Manufacturing (PGPEX-VLM) Fees

The Post Graduate Program for Executives for Visionary Leaders in Manufacturing program is a one-year program provided by IIM Calcutta that is designed exclusively for students who have a background in manufacturing and engineering dealing with management in manufacturing setups. The program is meant to produce techno-managerial leaders to fill the gap between their supply and demand. 

These manufacturing leaders are meant to transform the manufacturing industry that is meant to be scaled at such a level that it leads to defining the growth of the economy. It runs as a collaboration between prestigious institutes such as  IIT Kanpur, IIM Calcutta, and IIT Madras, who conduct this program. The curriculum has been designed and customized with the consultation of institutes such as the Ministry of Education(under the Government of India),  the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). 

The program makes the student aware of the relevant technologies & develops proficiency in them and learns the management & leadership skills that are used in the context of manufacturing.
