Most of the program is held in online mode. In addition to that, a 3-day campus immersion is held where the students get to interact with their peers, get a classroom experience, and learn from insights. The pedagogy is meant to cater to the overall development of the student through highly interactive sessions, discussions related to cases (case studies), real-time simulations involving roleplays, and projects that build teamwork skills involving groups. Along with that, there are experiential exercises.
