The Executive Development Program in Leadership and Change Management, offered by IIM Raipur, presents an engaging fusion of classroom education and interactive deliberations centred around leadership and strategic considerations. It is a 5 months blended learning program that encourages candidates to adopt a reverse thinking approach. With this course, you will explore novel Leadership and Management methodologies to optimise personal and team performance and enhance competencies in effective time management, encompassing proficient task prioritisation and delegation. You will learn to navigate challenging interpersonal interactions and conflict scenarios, while advancing personal motivation, self-assurance, and self-regulation and foster a positive team environment by creating and maintaining a constructive workplace atmosphere.

The program will be delivered through a Blended approach, encompassing On-Campus, Self-Paced, and Online components. It will culminate with a two-day workshop at the conclusion of the course for the submission of projects. All sessions, excluding the workshop, will be conducted via a digital platform, presented in real-time by the distinguished faculty of IIM-Raipur. Participants will have the privilege of utilising Self-Service Learning, granting them access to an array of resources. These include webinars, previous projects, assessments, study materials, and endorsements from alumni, all contributing to an enriched learning experience. 

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institute. 
• For those who are nominated by their respective corporations, there might be flexibility in the graduation criteria, especially if participants have relevant prior experience in a similar domain.
• Applicants should be working professionals with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. 
• In certain instances, individuals with less experience could be considered on a case-by-case basis.
